Automatika i procesi d.o.o. has been successfully certified to ISO 9001:2015 by Bureau Veritas Group, right in this festive season, when it is natural to pause for a moment, give thanks and look ahead.
Implementing the ISO 9001 system was demanding but also extremely worthwhile. It prompted us to ask ourselves where we can be better, clearer and more efficient. For us, this certificate is not a formality (no one required it of us) but confirmation of a sincere desire to focus on customer satisfaction, to keep reviewing our own processes and to be better every day than the day before.
We are especially proud because we are a small company of 7 people, where quality does not come from large systems but from responsibility, knowledge and the relationships we build with customers and partners.
